I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Figura i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! as we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, once again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Triunfador well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.

The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? The group was really nice and just had a really amazing time. Looking to book one for next year too yay ?

I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management. However, I do want to point trasnochado a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef once, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement. Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention.
